This month I received the wonderful news that one of my photos of Natural Bodies project was selected in The Curated Fridge Summer 2019 by curator Alyssa Coppelman.
This exhibition was founded by Yorgos Efthymiadis and has the peculiarity that the photos are placed on a refrigerator and in each call invites personalities from the world of photography as curators to select the participants.
The Curated Fridge exhibition is held every 3 months and in this edition Alyssa Coppelman was the curator. She is a renowned photography editor and art researcher. She regularly collaborates as an Art assistant and researcher for Harper’s Magazine and The Oxford American.

SPANISH: Este mes recibí la maravillosa noticia de que una de mis fotos de Natural Bodies fue seleccionada en The Curated Fridge Summer 2019 por la curadora Alyssa Coppelman.
Esta exhibición fue fundada por el fotógrafo griego Yorgos Efthymiadis en el 2015 y tiene la particularidad de que las fotos se ponen sobre un refrigerador y en cada convocatoria invita como curadores a personalidades del mundo de la fotografía para que seleccionen a los participantes.
La exposición The Curated Fridge se hace cada 3 meses en Somerville, Massachusetts, y en esta edición le tocó a Alyssa Coppelman ser la curadora. Ella es una reconocida editora de fotografía e investigadora de arte, y regularmente colabora como asistente de arte e investigadora en Harper’s Magazine y The Oxford American.
